LOCATION

Set in its own grounds Chantel offers the best of both worlds. It is located close enough to Chamonix's town centre to stroll to the many cafes, bars, night clubs, shops etc., yet far enough away to escape all the noise, hustle & bustle of this lively and popular resort.

Unlike most Fench ski resorts, Chamonix is a resort steeped in history. Quaint buildings, cobbled streets, bustling pavement cafes and superb scenery all help to create an atmosphere that attracts visitors all year round.

Chamonix offers tremendous variety for both skiers and non skiers alike. It is unlikely that you will suffer from lack of snow with 90% of the runs being above 2000m. The ski area is so vast that you can ski a different area every day including Courmayeur in Italy.
