This fantastically situated, ski in /ski out 3 bedroomed duplex apartment is in Morillon 1100 Les Esserts, on the top floor with uninterupted views of the Criou mountain, there is no lift. It is spacious and tastefully furnished .Sleeps 8 in three comfortable bedrooms.There are also two sofa beds in the living area for more flexibility.

The first floor has separate WC, small bedroom with double sofa bed, galley kitchen with, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, electric grill /oven, microwave,iron and ironing board.Living area with large dining table and 8 chairs, two sofa beds and coffee table.There is a TV /VCR/DVD and a door to a large balcony with a table and chairs and a magnificant view of the Criou mountain.

LOCATION

Morillon 1100 is a purpose built ski resort high above the truly authentic savoyard villages of Morillon and Samoens in the Giffre valley. Only one hour,15mins from Geneva airport it is one of the nearest ski stations .It is very easily accessible by road being only 8hrs from Calais.There is also a regular train service to Cluses only 20mins away.Transfers can be arranged at an extra cost.
It is superb for both winter and summer activities.In summer the valley comes alive with outdoor persuits to suit everyone, or just relax in the mountain air !All activities can be pre booked by us, rafting, mt biking,riding, golf, canyoning, via ferrata,canoeing, cycling, the choice is endless for all ages.Please contact us for further details and prices.

FACILITIES

The Grand Massif is an awesome snowsure ski area rising to 2500m at the top of the Grand Platieres cable car.The veiw of Mont Blanc is quite spectacular! There is rapid access from Morillon via a modern high speed lift system covering 265kms of pistes.Snowboarders also have 3 state- of-the-arc terrain parks.

Facilities for children are excellent in the "Village des Enfants "situated just below the apartment.You can watch them from the balcony !!There is also a new ski school ZIGZAG who are proving to be very popular providing personalised teaching for children and adults.English speakers.

There are ski hire shops, restuarants, bars, supermarket and shops all walking distance and very conveniently placed near the apartment.

Included in the hire of the apartment is a secure underground car park. Also a lockable ski locker near the door with easy access to the slopes.

Bedding and towels are provided.
After stay cleaning is included but clients are asked respectfully to leave the apartment clean and tidy as they find it , strip the beds and remove all rubbish. Please help us to maintain the standards of cleanliness for all to enjoy.Please report any damage or breakages.

Private transfers can be arranged at an extra cost. Arrival and departure day is Sunday. Depart 10am, arriival not before 4pm.

HOUSE RULES - This is a no smoking apartment except on the balcony. Animals are considered by request in the summer only.
